We are excited to offer convenient Drop-Off Services for our valued customers in the Hampton Roads area. Below, you’ll find all the details you need for a smooth and efficient experience.

Availability:

• Monday to Friday: 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM

• Saturday: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM

How It Works:

1. Schedule and Confirm Your Drop-Off: To ensure a smooth experience, a specific time, date, and location must be scheduled and confirmed at least 24hrs in advance. Please click the ‘Pickup’ option at checkout to reserve your drop-off time.

2. Location: Drop-offs are made at the location you choose. Drop offs are only available to 757 clients who have purchased hair at least 24hrs in advance. There are four locations, so be sure to choose the one that’s best for you.

3. Location Changes: Please be sure the location you select is the best for you, once scheduled no changes are allowed please choose accordingly.

4. How to Order:

   1. Order Online: Visit our shop page and check out as usual. Enter your email address at checkout.

   2. Choose Delivery Method: When prompted, select “Pickup.”

   3. Schedule Your Date&Time: Choose your preferred pickup time and date — and we’ll bring it straight to you.

   Payment Options:

   • Pay in advance online through our website

   • ALL Major Credit Cards Accepted

   • Klarna payment plan available
